I am drinking my second cup of hot tea right now.  Albeit I did not have any coffee today, but still the doctors recommend LIMITING it to what? 200 mg of caffeine a day?

I had coffee this morning and it ended this cycle of constipation.  Don't listen to those other ppl on those boards.  They all think they know how to have a healthy pregnancy...please.  I was peeping on 1st tri earlier and some of the posts just irritated me so badly that I had to give up over there.

I cannot give up caffeine either - I mean, I cut it down, but I just can't get rid of my one mug of coffee in the morning.  So if you're selfish, I guess I am too, lol.

OMG! This is what my pregnancy brain has done to me. I totally cut caffeine out of my diet because I did with my last pregnancy and it wasnt so bad. So I cut out one of my favorite things and that is pepsi. I just now realized that I could buy the caffeine free pepsi. Wow this is getting bad. I dont think that drinking caffeine is bad at all during pregnancy even though I dont. As long as its in moderation whats the big deal? So many women are so quick to judge eachothers pregnancies sometimes. Its such a crock! Some women just feel that they need to live in a bubble during this time I guess.

 I believe it's the nitrates in the hot dog, people are so ridiculous.

Apparently some of DHs coworkers were asking him about me being pregnant & a vegetarian.  DH explained to them that I'm very careful with my diet to make sure baby's getting what she needs.

Still, the other night right after I took my PNV I told DH that he could tell his co-workers I took my vitamin that day.  :P

It's nice when other people are concerned, but they can also be know-it-alls & ridiculous.

The machines have intricate parts that are hard to clean and bacteria can grow easily. As long as you trust the place you are getting it from you should be fine.

BTW, McDonald's has a heat function on their soft serve machines that are supposed to be run every night to kill bacteria. Plus they are supposed to hand wash it every week.
