Help / Advice on adding a pumping session

Hi girls...

Lately my LO has been eating 6-7 oz when she's at the sitter's house over the course of 2 feedings. Try as I might, I can only get 3-5 oz when I pump over the same time period.

I have a decent stash, but I'm going through it rapidly... this is where the advice comes in. I'd like to add in another pumping session, preferably in the evening, but I'm not sure when to do it.

LO still hasn't really regulated her schedule and goes down for the night anywhere between 8pm and 1am - it varies day to day.

So, I'm nervous that I would think she's down, pump, and then she wakes up hungry.

Any tips?

If it's possible add a session in the morning, you'll probably get more if you pump then. As for pumping in the evening, I used to have the same issue, but then I figured, hey, if she wakes hungry, she can have what I just pumped to top her off if she doesn't seem to get enough at the boob. So far we haven't had to do that, but it's worked for me.
