I'm a cooking machine!  Ok maybe not a machine, but I've been cooking a lot more, and DH complimented me saying that it's nice to see me try different things.  Normally we're meat and potatoes people.  Plus I'm trying to save money by using coupons, meal planning, and eating out less.  Before we ate out so much.  With working nights, it was tough to find the motivation to cook.  When I go back to work next month, I'm on days--FINALLY!  3 12 hour shifts on days is going to be perfect, and it'll actually allow me to be a "normal" sleeper. 

But my new cooking love...Philadelphia Cooking Cremes. 

It's so simple and easy!  Love it!  I've made a recipes on my blog.

If you haven't tried it already, I highly recommend trying their chicken enchilada recipe with the Santa Fe flavor.  YUM!!!
