If your H insists on a "manly" diaper bag...

I was going through my baby stuff last night and found the FREE Similac diaper bag that I was given when I left the hospital. I completely forgot about it! It was perfect as a second/occasional use bag. It's on the small side, but perfect for your H to take when he's out alone with the baby.

My H never had a problem using my pink Coach diaper bag, but I know some guys don't like them. This way you won't have to buy him his own bag!

I am pretty sure every hospital gives out these free diaper bags when you leave. They are supplied by Similac & Enfamil (depending which formula your hospital uses) and they have 2 seperate bags -- one for BFing moms and one for formula feeders.

Here is what my bag looks like that I got when I had Olivia (I think they change the style every few years, but I've only ever seen them come in black):

  • My doctors office was handing out these bags at my last visit. Score! It had lots of goodies inside, too!

  • My MIL bought me a really gaudy looking Winnie the Pooh diaper bag a couple of months ago, but I really don't like it that much, so I was planning on having DH use that one while I use the prettier, less bulky one on my registry. Smile

  • That one does look nice. The ones my friends have received recently were really chintzy and little. I hope we get one like this!

This is the diaper bag we registered DH for!  He is SO PSYCHED to get it!  I like it better than mine.  It's by DadGear.  The back has a fold out changing pad and a built in wipe case!

my two friends who are both moms were just talking about these so i'm hoping that my hospital hands them out too.  we actually registered for two diaper bags but i'm assuming that having an extra one, packed and ready to go or just kept in the car will make life much easier.

  • I like it.

My DH's co worker gave him one very similar that he will use. Mine is also a pink Coach.

  • Heck, I demand a bag that isn't over the top girly or seasonal. I want something that is also a messenger type so I can have two hands free, not a shoulder bag. We like the Diager Dude.
