Hi Ladies! How is everyone feeling? I am feeling great and successfully made it through out 2nd ultra-sound without spotting the sex. Here's this week's question...

What will you be bringing home baby in? Are you going to bring a girl outfit and a boy outfit to the hospital, or just something cute and gender neutral?

I think we are just going to go with a while onesie.  I think newborns look adorable in them.

Of course we will have plenty of layered options, but I highly doubt it will be that cold in August.

We haven't decided yet. My family wears a lot of tie-dye because we're Alaskan hippies so we were thinking about a tie-dye onesie, but I also like the idea of buying one boy and one girl outfit...Who knows!?

We haven't talked about it yet, but I imagine we'll bring baby home in a cute gender neutral outfit.  I would love it to be a homemade item, but if not then a onesie with maybe some babylegs and whatever layers are needed will do.

Also planning to bring baby home with a fluffy bum!  I got my first two orders of CD's in the mail this week and really can't wait to use them.

My husband and I were just talking about how I can't wait to pick out one super girly outfit and one super boyish outfit as a coming home outfit from the hospital.  I will probably also bring some white onsies for while we are in the hospital but the going home outfit will be gender specific!

My mom is bringing out my coming home outfit that she has been saving all this time. I don't know that I will use it but it seems like it will give me some direction. They didn't know what I was when they bought it so it could be a good neutral option. So no idea just yet... Past that, been doing well. I wish I could feel the baby moving more but I know that will come with time.

 I've been looking for a cute neutral outfit, but haven't seen one I really like.  I plan to purchase a boy outfit and a girl outfit.

I think I will go to Baby Gap and get a cute boy outfit and a cute girl outfit, and keep the receipts - then go exchange the unused one after! I agree it will be SO fun to get to buy something ultra girly and something super boyish!!!

We're doing really well! I got my lampshade in for the nursery that has been on backorder to match my bedding last night, and I ordered matching prints to frame and hang up. I love how everything is looking!

I have always wanted to bring my baby home in a white outfit.  I love how babies look in white- so pure and innocent and new, and so much mroe special than pink or blue. My husband thinks my outfit is too girly- it has a yellow scalloped trim, but I think it's adorable! For those bringing a boy and girl outfit- are you going to wash them both beforehand and then just give the outfit away to someone with a baby of the opposite sex, or keep it hanging around for another baby?

A month or 2 before my EDD, I'll buy a boy and girl outfit, and keep the tags on them--I'll just return whichever isn't needed

We're doing great. I'm feeling so much better and less worried/scared now that we've gotten through the big u/s.

I still have no idea after the u/s. One time I thought I saw three white lines, but then one of our pictures looks a little boyish, but it could just be the cord. So, no idea still:)

I haven't really thought much about a coming home outfit. I think I'll wait until after our showers and see if we get anything there that I love.

 We were originally going to do one super cute girl and boy choice, BUT I am concerned about having a big baby.  I decided to go with this option and bought two sizes.  I will bring both a NB and a 3M size, and while I'm not crazy about a mew baby wearing a zip up hoodie, I doubt it will be necessary in the middle of August in Southern California!

I've been thinking about it and still haven't decided. If I can find a cute neutral outfit that would look great on both boys and girls that will be my choice. Otherwise we might buy an outfit for each and return one after.

Everything is otherwise going well and it's so good to hear everyone else is doing well too!

I'm guessing my mom will have NO trouble rushing out to purchase an appropriate outfit after little one is born, so I'm leaving this up to her. We'll bring a onesie as a backup.

It is getting harder to be Team Green with the ultrasound coming up on Monday but if mh stays strong Im going to make it through!

We will be getting a few outfits prior to delivery of both girl and boy outfits, the others we can return or give to a friend since there are so many of us in the area having kids right now!

I'm doing great!  A/S was Tuesday and baby measured a little ahead of date, and 11 oz!  But, we didn't find out the sex.  Yay   My H was actually kind of bummed...he really thought we might find out despite me saying we wouldn't all along.  He's just about over it by now though

I honestly hadn't thought about a coming home outfit...but I love the idea of H and I picking out a boy and a girl outfit and bringing both with us to the hospital.

I did get two absolutely perfect and adorable mint green lil' joeys so baby can wear the sweetest cloth diaper in the WORLD home from the hospital.  Since it's pale green, I might try to find something gender neutral to match it instead of the boy/girl outfits.  So yeah, obviously I haven't decided.  haha.  We have the diapers, but no decision on the outfit

I am feel great at well. We had our ultrasound on Tuesday and all looks good. We are still waiting to the the 'medical' results back.

We will have a girl outfit and a boy outfit with us at the hospital. Funny thing though...we did this with DD (had 2 outfits) and never ended up using either one. So many people brought cute pink outfits to the hospital that we chose one of those.

I'm guessing that my mom (I'm HOPING!) will bring me an outfit once she finds out the gender.  And he/she can go home in that!

We'll bring gender neutral outfits. Honestly, knowing my mom (and this is the first grandbaby), this baby will be outfitted for gender appropriately before we leave the hospital!!!

We are doing well here.  I'm feeling great and still being pretty active!  I look at our ultrasound pictures all the time and have no idea what things are.  I have a gut feeling it's a boy, but no evidence to point that way.

As for the outfit, I think I'll take my mom shopping and let her pick out the outfit since she got to pick out DS' as well.  I think that would really make her happy and feel more involved in the whole process.  The outfit will be gender neutral, but I'm hoping to find something super awesome!
