Does anybody have a ridiculous amount of acne? I feel like a pizza face and some of them really hurt . I am too nervous to use anything on my skin and I don't see my MW till April 27th so I have nobody to ask.
I do. I have a prescription. I asked my derm when we started TTC to switch me to something that is safe for pregnancy. I am using clindamycin pads.

Mine isn't pregnancy related, though...well, I suppose it may have made it worse. I've always had acne, but in the last year I've been having the worst acne of my life! What the heck...i'm 27! And nothing works. And now I'm pregnant and don't even know whats safe to use....not that anything works anyway.
I think its time I find out if my insurance covers a dermatologist appt for this.
I look like a teenager again, mine is so bad. And it's all over my back too. I'm not really using anything for it though. There is so much that's not safe it's not worth it to try. I'll just suffer through and hope it gets better soon!
I've had bad acne my entire life, but so far pregnancy hasn't made it any worse. I recently started using Alba Pineapple Enzyme face wash - it seems to work pretty well for me. I'm still using it since its natural.
I've had the complete opposite. I usually break out bad before AF. That's what made DH think I was pregnant. He told me last week that my face was too clear to be getting my period.

Same here. I read on a pregnancy blog that this:
https://www.amazon.com/Aqua-Glycolic-Hydroxy-System-Cleanser/dp/B000EBIDIQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1291903845&sr=8-3
is okay to use while pregnant & worked great for the blogger.
