I know it means "nothing" but I'm dilated 1cm!

At my 34 week appt she did an internal....I wasn't sure if I was having contractions and I was overall feeling nervous after a friend delivered a baby early that died not long after birth.  Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten one but after hearing a healthy heartbeat and knowing my blood pressure and everything is perfect, I was happy to hear I'm 1cm and 30%.  It just makes me confident in my body that it's slowly working on doing what it needs.

Take it as good news and run with it.  It can't hurt to think positively and relax.

I'd take that as awesome news!  I've never dilated so if I do at all this time I will be just as excited!
