How are we doing!?

I'm sitting in my meeting, and lost .4 lbs. Not a big loss, but still a loss. So now I'm an even 12lbs lost.

Im making pork chops with cream of mushroom & rice with veggies! Yum!

Way to go!!  Hold half a pound of butter, and you'll feel like .4 is a HUGE loss.

I'm weighing in tonight around 5:30 CST.  First time since before m/c.  At my couple dr's appts since then it doesn't look like I gained anything...but we'll see!!  I'll report back later.

So happy I have people to help me stay accountable!!

Woot woot! Congrats on the loss!

I lose 1.6 on Saturday. However, this has NOT been a good week so far. I haven't been able to make it to Zumba once yet! Last week I went 4x, grrrr.

yay that's great- I have my meeting tomorrow- Its been really slow like only tenths of a lb each week but oh well- I expect a gain tomorrow tho because of all my IF meds---

Oh wow. I didn't know we were doing it here. It might help me use the ww online that I pay for, but can't seem to use. Is it always on wed?

I kept trying to respond, but my phone wouldn't let me!!  I only gained 4lb over the last two months.  Thank goodness, for some reason I had it in my head that I gained 10lb.  Pretty good considering the emotional roller coaster I've been on since February 3rd.

Hoping for a loss next week!!

I honestly don't think we set a check-in. If I haven't heard anything from anyone I have been asking on Wednesdays after I weigh-in. I've also been trying to keep track throughout the week.

Do you think we should start a real check-in?
