Since DS will be walking very soon, what type of shoes do I buy him? Soft or hard sole? I've got a few hard soled tennis shoes size 5 that will get him through the winter.

They are so soft, the soles are leather and I think that Michael cruises better with them because he can feel the floor.  And they are only 12.99 so I do not feel that I have spent too much for them.

I love pedipeds... both kids did well with them and they look like real shoes even though they are soft soled.
