  • The last two days for me has been a fail!

    Monday: After work I spent 2 hours cleaning, so I was going up and down stairs and moving around. Not a total waste.

    Tuesday: Does chewing count? H brought dinner home and that was the extent of my activity for the evening! LOL

    Today: It's going to be beautiful out today! I plan on a 45 minute walk when I get home from work.

    Tomorrow: We have our 2nd tri of an elective u/s to find the sex of the baby. I probably wont have time for anything after work and before I need to leave for that.

    Everyday: 10 minute walk minimum with my dog and this is my last week having to work at the barn after work cleaning and caring for the horses before my horse leaves to be sold =(. But it will be nice to not have to go after work all the time!

    Question of the day: What slows me down the most after work is getting busy with things around the house. Cleaning or whatever it may be. I get something in my head that I need to do and I HAVE to do is asap or I go nuts. So I try really hard to not look at anything until I get back from a walk.

    Edit: Because I hit a button on the this silly little netbook and posted too soon.

  • Yesterday we went on a walk - I can't remember if we did Monday? maybe just a short one.

    Right now work is definitely the cause of my lack of exercise. I was up until midnight working and I wouldn't be surprised if I have at least one more late night within the next week. blah. 

  • I'll bite...

    Monday and Tuesday I went for walks at lunch... not too much but at least I was doing something. I didn't make it too far yesterday because I was getting some RLP while I was walking and I felt like I had to pee the whole time (even though I went right before I left), so I only made it about a mile and a half I think.

    Today I'm going to walk again, hopefully I feel better I"m going to try to walk about 3 miles and probably the same tomorrow as well. Friday is supposed to rain/snow here so I'll have to play that day by ear. I may try to go to the gym at lunch but I have a feeling I will just be lazy and do nothing. 

    Saturday I will wake up and walk my dog for about 2-3 miles before I go to visit my parents

    My biggest deterrent is that I am gone from the house for about 11-12 hours per day. I work 9 hours+ and my commute is about an hour each way so if I don't do something at lunch then I don't do anything at all. My morning is spent taking care of my two dogs and then when i get home its already 6:00 and I just want to eat dinner and watch TV with the hubby. So lunch time at work is really the only time I can work out right now which isn't good if i have meetings scheduled during that time or if I get tired or lazy at work.   

  • Monday - nothing.  DH & I felt a little cold or sinus thing going on so we went to bed early with the vaporizer.

    Tuesday - started a prenatal water aerobics class, so did that for an hour.

    Today  I will go home and do prenatal yoga for 45 minutes.

    The biggest things stopping me are time and how tired I am. I work 9 hours a day, with a 2-3 hour commute total so by the time I get home it's usually doing stuff around the house, cooking dinner and then heading to bed.  DH doesn't get home until 7 and we are usually in bed by 8:30-9 to get up at 5:30 the next day and do it all over again.

  • Monday - 15 min walk

    Tuesday - (2) 15 walks

    Today-Friday - hoping for at least a 15 min walk each day and some yoga after work

     Work keeps me from exercising!  I try to walk at the office 2x a day, but I've been really busy lately and have only been able to walk once a day.

  • Yesterday I taught a spin and total body class and today is my off day from working out at least.  I still don't plan to get home till 9pm and I've been up since 5:30 :(

    Tomorrow by far is the BEST DAY EVER! We have our A/S at 8am!  Then I am hitting the gym for a spin class and some weight training and my DH bought me a massage :)  

    Work is completely draining me physically and emotionally.  I teach high school and am getting more impatient by the day.  I don't know if it's the hormones, but it's worse than any other year.

  • The extent of my exercise happens at work.  I am a bank teller so I get up and down all the time, especially if I am working the drive thru.  My legs and feet hurt by the end of the day, but still no obvious signs of swelling and hoping it stays that way.

    At home what is keeping me from getting much exercise is the remodel of the upstairs bedroom, that I just want to go to bed by 8 o'clock and I still get boughts of nausea here and there.  Plus there is still quite a bit of snow on the ground and it's a little cold out.  I am hoping to be able to get out soon for some walking!

  • Monday - Gym doing a step class for an hour!

    Tuesday - Circuit Training Class for an hour!

    Today I'm off because I have school although it's super nice out.  I may go for a half hour walk between work and school.

    What stops me from exercising the most is motivation and DH's schedule.  DH works for himself and is involved in a lot of business related activities in the community and if he has to work on my gym days then I have to stay home and watch DS.

  • Been walking the dog nearly every day now that we've had some nice weather.  THen again, we're supposed to get a big storm on Friday.

    That, and my pre-natal yoga!  :)

    Missing my little one lost at 9 weeks on 2.24.13. brokenhearted but not broken... 

    d&c 5/21/13... Still Healing, Still Standing... 

    MMC discovered 10/2/2013, TWINS... d&c 10/7/2013.  I still miss you, little ones. 

    Surgery December 2013 to remove a 10+cm fibroid... Open myomectomy. Benched for 3-9 months... 
    Will TTC summer Summer 2014 we hope!

    Dear God, Since I couldn't hold my little one in my lap and tell him about you, could you hold him in your lap and tell him about me?
