For the last two days I have had serious diarrhea issues. Like up three times a night, etc. I'm staying hydrated as best I can, but yuck.
I know it's sometimes a sign of labor. I just wondered if other ladies have been dealing with this, and if it's been going on for awhile? I have an OB appointment on Wed., and I don't think there is much they can do about it in the meantime unless I think I need fluids.
And yeah. I'm kind of fishing to see if those of you who had your LOs experienced this. I said below, and I meant it, that I'm not in any super hurry for her to arrive. But I'm really scared of missing the signs that stuff is happening, at the same time.
Re: Can we talk sh!t for a minute? (Seriously, I mean poop)
Haha! I haven't been able to pull out this PIP since TTGP!
FWIW, I have heard that it is sometimes a sign of labor as well. Good luck!!
I know, I'm ashamed. It's my first fishing post on TB. I thought I was better than it, but clearly not!
Welcome to my shitty world! It's been a week of "cleansing" for me too... about 3 shits a day when I'm usually a once/day kind of gal. I don't remember this as a sign of labor before my DD, but I'm planning to talk to my OB about it on Wed. at my appt. too.
I'm not in any HURRY for DS to arrive, but I think this is a good sign!
This pretty much. I've been pooping 3-4 times a day. I'm hoping it has nothing to do with labor because I want this guy to stay put until at the very least 38 weeks. But man oh man, I'd love to not feel like I need to run immediately into the nearest bathroom.
I feel bad for our husbands/partners.
Everytime I moan or groan DH is like are you having a contraction? It is cute because he is so excited!
I'm in the same boat, too. From last Monday to Friday, I was just going an extra time or two each day. Over the weekend, I must have gone at least 10 times a day, diarrhea each time, up during the night, etc. Between 5:30 and 9:15 this morning, 4 times, but now I haven't had to go since 9:15. I was really hoping it was a sign of labor, but now that I've had a reprieve, I'm hugely grateful!
I told DH last night I was going to have to break out the Desitin for myself.
CA Baby Calendula cream is a miracle. DH has been using it for his eczema and I've been using it on my bottom. We are going to have a jar for every member of the family, it seems.
