Melanie Claire I like the best, its not as trendy as Emma (Emma/Emily are in the top 10 on SSA), but Julia is also a lovely name I'm just not sure I like it with your MN choices.  Haley & Makayla are NMS.

the only other nn we can use technically with julia is madison which i love...but it's not a great match with our last name.
