Do the crib transition first, trust me. PT'ing is a thousand times easier when they can get up on their own. The first time that DD fully pooped on the potty (without having a minor accident before running to the bathroom), she woke up at 7am, ran into my room, begged me to take off her pants, ran into my bathroom and took off her diaper and threw it away, pushed the stool over to the big potty, put the potty ring on, and climbed up and went all by herself. I actually thought she was just hot with her pants on and wanted to climb in bed with me, so I had rolled back over and was mostly asleep and didn't even realize she was in the bathroom until she yelled for me to wipe. LOL. Ever since that morning she poops on the potty with no accidents almost every single time. And if she had been stuck in a crib there's no way that would have happened, because I was exhausted from not sleeping the night before and probably wouldn't have stumbled in there in time to realize what was going on.
I transitioned them both to toddler beds back in January with very few problems. The first night DD cried at the door for a bit but I stood on the other side and talked to her until she climbed in bed and passed out. The next few nights DS acted like he was scared to sleep in there (odd since it's just their cribs without the front rail), but I'd go in and calm him down, then talk to him on the way out of the room, and then from the other side of the door until he fell asleep. There were a few days that they tried to play leap frog around the room at naptime, but just a consistent, "it's nap time, get in bed," did the trick for that. Every now and then I'll find one in the other's bed but whatever, as long as they don't care and they get the sleep they need, then I don't care either.
Well, my kids are 18 months older than yours, and I just did both of those things, so my only advice is to wait!
LOL- no can do. She's already demanding thepotty and peeing before bath each night and he won't sit on the toilet without his clothes but brings me a diaper and lays down the instant his diaper is wet. I cannot believe the number of diapers I wash these days. But much like my first- I am not the boss of these things- I am being informed by them to #$@ or get off the pot- LOL! I just don't know who to start with or if I have the skillset to keep up with multiple frequent peers on my carpet. I am in complete aw of you for PT 3 at a time!!

I am terrified of this transition. DS loves to wrestle and she is not a fan. I could split them into different rooms (and lose my haven from DH's snoring) or consider talking DD#1 into sharing with DD#2, but that freedom is daunting. Especially since they've only been STTN for about 6 weeks. You give me hope, though!
