I never received mine with DD. This time around I put my Due date the end of March. I still have not received one.

They said a month before your due date. The sales person also suggested to us that we can change the due date earlier so you can get the coupon right away. You only get it once for ONE DAY. So you have to buy whatever you need all in the same day.
