I saw a document that someone had once that they said they kept on a clipboard to keep up with each baby. My printer wasn't working at the time but I wanted to print one....does anyone have something like that???
Thanks so much!

I hope someone can respond to you with one but if not...
I just simply took a yellow legal pad, attached it to an old clipboard then divided a line right down the middle (vertical line). One the left side, I'd put one DD's name on the top line, on the right side, other DD's name. Then in the far left column I'd just write the date and record how much they ate (2 oz., 6 oz., etc.) and the time so I'd know and keep things semi-organized.
I never did chart diapers. I felt like they never alarmed me (typically were either wet or dirty every change--which I did quite often in the beginning).
Ditto PP... And you will find you can't even squeeze in the time to remember to write this all down. I just kade aure I noted when they each last ate and how much. Never charted diapers unless I was concerned someone wasn't going.
I tried to have a printed out thing in the beginning but then just switched to regular notebook paper. we charted diapers for maybe a couple weeks but the eating schedule was more important to us b/c it seems ridiculous but you will constantly forget when the last time they ate was!
At about 6-7 weeks or so a friend gave me her itzbeen timer & we used that for eating (one got the bottle, the other the diaper button) for quite some time. It was just way easier than writing down & easy to take with us or use in the night, etc.
We just have a dry erase board hanging on the fridge to keep track of feedings. If one baby hasn't gone to the bathroom in a while I normally know which one since they get really fussy.
