prepping hemp terry?

i've ordered 2 yards of hemp terry to make some inserts out of.  depending on how thin it is, i'm planning on making them 4 layers thick....

anyway, i asked my seller the best way to prep and she said just one or two hot/dry cycles.... is that enough before i start sewing them? i've seen some comments about boiling hemp, but with 2 yards of it, i don't think i could fit it all in one pot lol.   i'm a little leary of cutting it up before i've gotten it preshrunk all the way.

I would fully prep it 2 w, 1 d, 2 w, 1 d, 2 w, 1 d. w=wash, d=dry. You dont want it to shrink weird after you've sewn the inserts.

so basically, just prep it like i would prefolds?  

i'm so excited to get my fabric.  i got it for a great price! $18 w/shipping for 2 yards!
