we switched my dd to a convertible carseat at age 8 months...
my son is almost 11 months and i have him in the infant seat..STILL! he falls asleep so easily in it so i am hesitant to make the switch. he is almost 21 lbs so i probably should soon -
but i am looking for recs on reclining convertible carseats that will keep him cozy and able to fall asleep on long car rides!
any recommendations appreciated!
Re: bb still in infant carseat- convertible recs?
I have the Evenflo Titan Elite and it is only around 100 bucks, super comfy microfoam, reclines, easy to adjust the straps, and RF up to 35 pounds (FF up to 50). My DS falls asleep so fast in it and loves sitting up a bit.

We have this seat as well. It's great. DS is very comfortable in it (falls asleep most rides) and it installs very easy. You can adjust the strap height just by sliding them up and down and it uses the LATCH system to attach to the car which makes installation really easy. It also can be used for a long time- I'm pretty sure it becomes a booster seat but I could be wrong.
