Crafty Ladies...

I'm making a banner for Asher's party and a Photoboard.  I bought this awesome jungle print paper to make letters with, and I thought that I would be able to just print out letters and use them as stencils.  This method is not working out so well for me.  I don't have a cricut, but I do have a friend with one.  I searched the internet to see if they have those paper cutting punches in letter form big enough for what I need, and I'm coming up blank.  Is there any other way to do this or should I just have a cricut party with my friend?

Re: Crafty Ladies...

  • do you have an awesome local scrapbook store? they may have die cut machines where you can do them. otherwise, nothing wrong with a cricut party! is it the cutting that you're not happy with? you won't get a clean cut unless you use a machine.

  • You can try by hand and get good results, but if a cricut is available, I say go for it.

  • I'd use the cricut! So much easier. I cut all of the stuff for DD's invites last night and it took hardly any time at all :)

This too, but their font selection is limited and the letters might not be big enough fopr a banner.
