Killer Periods?
Has anyone who had gotten their periods back after giving birth had just absolutely HORRENDOUS PMS and painful cramping and heavy bleeding?
My son was born August 2010 and this is the 3rd period I've had since.
My periods were never like this before and now I dread them!
Just wondering how normal or abnormal this is.

Before kids mine were horrible, like a week and a half long with bad cramping. After kids they actually got better. Now they are about a week long and the cramping is not so bad. The doctor did tell me though, that for a lot of women their periods tend to get worse after having children.
