Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Suddenly not SSTN, milestones, etc. HELP!!

DD has been STTN since about 2-3 months; she is now 9 months--with the exception of when she is sick or teething. She is currently doing neither of those things. About 3 weeks ago, she started waking up during the night EVERY night, once. We would change her diaper, give her a bottle and she would pass back out and sleep until morning. She usually wakes up around 1am (she goes down at 7:30 am and sleep until 7 am)--and in three weeks there has only been 2 nights she hasn't woken up.

Here are two things that might be relevant.

First, she isn't a big eater and it is hard to get her to eat too much during the day. She usually takes 20 oz or less of BM during the day, and maybe 4 oz of solids. I've started her on finger foods and she seems to be liking them. So for now, I've been OK with her waking up because it is almost a guaranteed 7 oz in her belly. But I'm starting to get tired.

Second,  around the same time that she started waking up, she seemed to develop a mild case of stranger anxiety. I read that night wakings can sometimes correlate with reaching milestones like this. But it has been 3 weeks... how long does this adjustment take?

Any thoughts on how to solve this or do I just wait it out?
