Holy Twins Batman!

So a woman on my local board just carried her twins to full term!

They were born via C-section yesterday, and one was 22 3/4inches and weighed 9lbs 15oz! The other was over 19 inches and weighed over 7lbs!

Thats a lot of baby - she did a great job cooking them!

Hopefully I didnt scare all of you mommas who are carrying twins!

One of my family members just had twins to full term and they were both about 8 lbs! I'm sure it's scary for the twin mama's, but it should be encouraging at the same time that they are able to carry 2 healthy babies to term!

Wow, congrats to her!!  My cousin had 8-pound twins a year and a half ago, and they're big boys - at around 16 months one of them was already wearing 2-year-old sizes.  Don't know if she carried them to term or not.

My aunt went 42.5 weeks with my cousins.  They were both almost 8 pounds at birth.  It can be done!

My mom was 2 days overdue with me and my sister....but we were smaller.  I was 5/6 and she was 6/3.  But that's not tiny really either!
