I am an aerobic instructor and usually I don't have much RLP, but I needed to find a spin sub last night, because it was too painful. What do you ladies do for RLP and do you still work out? Sometimes I feel better after working out, but spinning is just too much on those tendons. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I already drink a lot of water too.
Re: RLP and exercise
I teach spin class too. With 2nd child I taught all the way up till a month before due date. I only noticed issues with RLP when I did a lot of jumps or in and out of the saddle.
I do notice more RLP when I run so I use the Gabriella maternity band, I don't remember using it during spin but something you could look into.

thank you!
I didn't know what it was either until I started feeling sharp side pains on the hip and below as low as the pelvic area. There were very uncomfortable and sometimes painful so I called the doctor just to make sure. They had me come in to make sure it wasn't a UTI (because I had some pressure too), which it wasn't and did a pelvic exam to check the cervix and diagnosed RLP. It feels like stretching/stabbing/stinging for me. Hope this helps
