It must hurt, sometimes he leaves marks on his arms!  Does your LO do this??

    thats crazy! does he do it all the time or when he's mad or what?

    my mom said i would bang my head against the ground when i got pissed when i was dd's age. luckily she has not inherited this trait so far.

    Nope, not when he's mad.  He's just started doing it the last few days.  I think he's getting a first year molar and he's teething on everything...but seriously?  his own arm?  He doesn't cry or anything.  It's weird.

    My LO does this too.  Bites her wrist.  But, she does it when she is mad about something.  (i.e. I say "no" if she is trying to get into fireplace, she'll tense up and bite her hand)
