Anyone doing anything special with their LO's baby clothes?
I'm thinking of making a small memory quilt with his baby clothes and some receiving blankets. I saw the idea on Martha Stewarts website and think if I have enough fabric I'd like to do it.
I was thinking of doing something like that, actually, but I'm so cheap that the thought of cutting up clothes that another baby could wear breaks my heart. Haha
Maybe I'll do it with clothes that mean a lot, like his onesie from the Ronald McDonald House, the blanket he got in the NICU - things like that.
"I wanted you more than you'll ever know, so I sent love to follow wherever you go."

I know! I'm thinking this too. But we do have a lot of clothes...so I think I'll take the few things he wore when he was first born and maybe a couple others that have neat fabrics. That's also why I want to use the receivers- they've got cute prints and are a giant mass of fabric. For the backing I was thinking of using the receiver we got from the hospital. So it won't be too big.
But I agree that it would be nice for you to do something special with those items, maybe even a little pillow or something?
