Reassure me that I'm NOT pg...

I know this is a rather different post, but I am irrationally panicked. I took a pg test on Fri. (bfn of course) - in my calculation, it would have been 11-12dpo IF I even ovulated. I was on my break month between IVF's. So, AF never showed of course. Monday I had b/w done. It showed my progesterone was basically ZERO. And, my prolactin was elevated again (51). So, they put me back on bromocriptine (parlodel). They also gave me a progesterone injection on Monday to bring on AF. She never came. They did put me back on bcp's just to start my next IVF. AF can definitely be MIA for months, so this isn't really that uncommon.

Here comes my concern. I have been so NAUSEOUS the last 2-3 days. I mean, I've had to work from home because I'm about to run to the toilet all the time. I have had waves of total hunger to nauseousness so quickly. I have also had dizzy spells. These were the symptoms when I was pg from IVF #1.

I am thinking these symptoms could be from the parlodel and bcp's, right? I don't have an hpt in my house or else I would have tested. There is a 0% chance I could be pg, right???? Or, do I need to go get an hpt to 1000% make sure?

My RE confirmed from my blood work that he doesn't think I even ovulated last month. How could I really be pg? I am just irrationally worrying (and praying) that I could be pg. I am sure these symptoms are from the meds....right?

oh yes, and my bloating is awful!!!! That could be from the prog. injection I am thinking...?

If your P4 on Monday was 0, I'd say it was pretty darn unlikely that you ovulated.  That's a heck of a lot of symptoms, though!

ditto somethingchanged. If it would ease your mind though, go get a cheap-O HPT.

I am sorry you are going through this. I am in the same boat. I know it is so hard to biuld up that hope and then let go of it so quick. I bet it is the meds. Sorry.

I'm guessing it's the meds. progesterone can really do a number on you, and I always feel a little nauseous when I start BCPs. But I agree with pp's - if it will make you feel better to POAS, you could do it just to be sure. hang in there!

I seriously doubt it...but to ease your mind I would take a HPT
