What are you doing with medications?

I have a tri-folding medicine cabinet like this. That's where we normally store our medication. Of course all of the bottles have child-proof caps. Still, I'm worried that Ds will be able to get them. Theoretically he could climb on the toilet, onto the counter, and into the cabinet. I'm curious what everyone is doing with their medication? Lock them somewhere? Is there a type of child lock for a cabinet like this? Thanks!

  • We have 3 Rubbermaid-like storage drawers stacked in the guest room closet and the smallest of these is our medicine cabinet. It should be awhile before she can even reach the doorknob.

  • Nothing right now.  Our medication is in our upstairs bathroom and DD is never in there (or the other bathroom) by herself.  When/if that changes, our medication is in a drawer so we'll just put a lock on it.

    In my camera bag:

  • Our medicine cabinet is super high.  So high, that I need a chair and I am 5'8".  It also has magnetic child locks on it.

  • I heard that you should not keep medicine in the bathroom becuase of the humidity. So I moved them to under one of my kitchen sinks. Of course it has the baby lock on it.
