I emailed customer service twice and have got no response from them on getting the right diapers. I guess I should just give up now?

Hm.  I remember reading about the store credit fiasco when it was happening.  It sounded like a trainwreck.  I would have personally avoided buying from them just because the store credit thing made them look at best not very intelligent, and at worst pretty shady.  That doesn't help you if you didn't know about it before-hand, though (and to be honest, I wouldn't necessarily have remembered about it this much after the fact).

The best thing to do now would probably be to call them.  Phone calls are a little harder to ignore or "not get around to" than emails, though with email you have a paper trail.  I'd definitely try that before giving up, though.

I've never ordered from them but they are located in my town.  I'm surprised at the customer service issues I've heard, and there have been several, because I've had nothing but great experiences there.  I would definitely call.

Sorry to hijack, just wanted to say I'm from Richmond as well! And I love the Franklin goose store. Sorry to hear about the trouble OP.

Honestly, I'd call your cc company and file a dispute.

Franklin Goose has ripped off soooooo many people. I will never, ever order from them and caution others from doing so. I did that promotion in your link. I got some of my store credit. I made a big purchase with some store credit but mostly on my cc. I ordered right after the promotion ended (before they deleted everyones credits). They charged my cc over twice the amount of my order. I tried e-mailing and FB messaging with no response. I had to file a claim with my cc company (I had 30 days to do so). Luckily, the cc refunded my money. At least I was able to dispute it. A lot of people waited too long (because FG kept promising them their order was on the way) so they couldn't get their money back.

I'm actually kind of surprised they're still in business. I would have thought they would have gone out of business due to all their bad press or gotten sued for being scammers.

If you paid with paypal you can file a claim also for getting items not as described. Sorry you're going through this but I hope it all gets worked out!!

I live outside of Richmond and I'm surprised at the negative experiences with Franklin Goose.  I ordered 5 diapers from them when they were running a sale.  Everything with the transaction and shipping was great.  I've also gone to the store a couple times and received great service. 

 

I would call for sure.

Wow- that's pretty shocking!.  I would call- I live right down the road from their store in Richmond and I've been really impressed with them, but of course I never ordered anything online or had anything shipped. Everytime I've been in there they're been super nice and really helpful.  I think maybe you'll have more luck calling?

Hm I guess I will trying calling then. After reading that stuff about the promotion I figured I didn't have much of a chance. I know I should check out companies before I buy, but they had (I thought) exactly what I was looking for and I jumped the gun. Lesson learned anyway.
