So... I started back at work on Monday. Luckily, my job is super cool about accommodating my pumping needs. It's a very small non-profit and so I know all my coworkers fairly well and they all know that I'm pumping, which is fine with me- we joke about how I'm a working cow. Anyhoodles, there's a spare room in the office that I pump in- other folks use it for naps, one guy does tai chi in there occasionally, so I just check it out before I want to pump and make sure it's empty. The office manager made a sign for the door that says "pumping in progress", as there's no lock. Yesterday I was in the room, pumping away and the door busts open- it was the IT guy...he works out a lot and apparently thought that I was lifting weights in there and wanted to join me- lol! He got the shock of his life when he saw me all hooked up to my tubes and bottles! Poor guy. I ended up taping a picture of a cow to my pumping sign so hopefully no one will make that mistake again- haha!
