to sleep or not to sleep?

I am ready to go to sleep, hotmail and facebook have both been checked.  I have read all the nest that I care to.  I have peed and have a glass of water ready to go.  My dilema...River has been down for about 3 hours, thus any minute he will be waking up ravenous.  Do I wait it out?  I could pass some judgement on the first tri girls to pass the time or do I try and sleep?  What if tonight is the night he figures out STTN?  Hmmm....what to do? What to do?

 * Brookie-Cookie goes and checks first tri to see if anyone needs to be told to just wait until the baby comes if you think you are tired now!
