DD's party is next saturday, and I'm doing a Fiesta Theme. So far I've gotten bubbles and maracas for the goodie bags, and then the candy from the pinata.
What are you filling your goodie bags with? I need some more suggestions!

Considering my theme is a polar opposite of yours, I don't know if my goodie bags will help with inspiration with yours.
We're having an Under The Sea theme, so sand/beach buckets will be filled with all water themed toys, little bags of goldfish and sea character crayons.
We are doing an airplane theme party so I am doing play dough with an airplane cookie cuter, airplane cookies and I think I am also going to get some airplane squirters and I also found some pliot rubber duckies.
we're doing a vintage red wagon theme. the goodie bags have jacks, bubbles, moon pie, official radio flyer license and certificate and a vintage box of cracker jacks.

We're doing a Sesame Street Theme, and are still looking for ideas. But so far, we have Sesame Street Plastic Bowl and cup (or plate and cup), chips ahoy cookies (cookie monster inspired), sesame street crayons (elmo inspired), Sesame Street sunglasses, and whatever candy they get from the pinata. There will also be a photo thank you card from the birthday boy.
I wanted to give out goldfish as a favor, but didnt want parents to feel obligated to take care of a new pet. Thinking about offering them as prizes for the 2 games the kids will play.
We're not doing goodie bags, each kid will get a fireman hat from the musuem we're having the party at, I might do chocolate pops but I also very likely will run out of time.
Keegan's party is sock monkey themed so I am not sure it will help you too much but I plan on putting a Curious George story book, coloring book, a crayon roll and the barrel of monkeys game. I am so excited and am having a lot of fun planning it.

Good luck!

BTW love both of your goodie bags!
