road trip

we will be driving cross country with a then 7 mo old, and back 3 mos later.  anyone do this or take a long road trip w their lo's? any advice? we are getting ready now...

    We rented a house in Myrtle Beach for a week in May and then have a week in Virginia Beach in July.  We will be driving both times from RI so the first trip will be ~12 hours, the second ~10 hours.  I can let you know when we get back from the first trip how it went.  I am planning on buying the car adapter for my PSIA so I can pump and hand fresh bottles to LO on the ride.  That is as far as I have gotten with my planning!

    We have a road trip vacation planned for all of July over 3500 miles.  I hope that is goes well I am nervous.  We also are going to visit our family in April and that is 20 hours each way!  No advice yet but maybe after our April trip.
