Lol that was a wasted trip

DH took half a day off of work, I arranged for a ride into town (1 hour drive)  got in there for my NT scan and... they said the baby is too small to do the scan for.  I am not as far along as I thought.  So I have to go back next week. The tech I had said the baby looks great,  the heart rate looks great but my GP (who booked the scan) is an idiot because it's too early for me to be there.  She said my September 30 due date is off by about 3 days.  So I get to see the baby next week.  When I told her at my dating ultrasound last week that the baby was 3cms she the baby looks right on track and there is no need to be worried.

We had the same thing happen...poor guy waited for an hour in the waiting room while they did a pelvic and all of the paper work....and the nurse said they wouldn't see anything on the u/s b/c it was too soon.

I pushed the issue because of my past ectopic, and they did it vaginally... this was about 4 weeks, 5 days....we did see the 'baby.'  It looked nothing like a baby, but a bubble with a dark spot in it...and she said it looked very good...like it was in the right spot, and near the top of the uterus...BUT I have to go back next week, because it was too early to completely rule out ectopic...SOOO nervous even though I feel fine!
