Last "Splurge" On Yourself!

What was the last thing you splurged on that wasn't baby related?  Prenatal massages? Mani Pedi?  Clothes?  A vacation?  What are you treating yourself to?

I caved and ordered soem expensive SkinCeuticals products (baby safe) because they have been the only things thats worked for me (so I *guess* it's sort of pregnancy related).  DH bought us a new bed which I am in love with, but I think that doesn't count, since he bought it

Vacation to Costa Rica last June!  We had so much fun.  Before the baby gets here, we are thinking of splurging and getting a cleaning crew to come clean our house from top to bottom.  I normally wouldn't pay someone to clean my house, but it sounds very tempting to have someone clean all my windows, baseboards, fans, cabinets, etc.

  SUCH a great idea.  Especially since most of my favorite cleaning products are off-limits right now (I'm a Clorox addict, and the organic stuff just isn't doing it for me!)

I had a facial last weekend (that was fabulous- it was my first ever) and am going in to get a pedi, hair cut, and highlights on Saturday.

Further down the road, I may consider a prenatal massage or two, and I will probably continue to get pedis, since reaching my toes will be more and more of a struggle.

Just came back from Vegas.. and got a mani/pedi and new clothes for the trip.

Last weekend we went to Lake Tahoe and did what we wanted with out watching what we were spending the entire time. Also I got a mani and pedi and will continue those. Also I think I will get a message and a facial in the next couple of months.

i've been going for monthly facials (but a lot of that has to do with crazy pregnancy skin), and i get pedi's regularly. but i do that anyway. we're going to maui on sunday, our annual trip!

My husband and I just pulled the trigger on a vacation to Turks & Caicos yesterday!  Now I cannot wait until May.

Went to Maui in Feb & have a babymoon planned to Charleston & Savannah in April.

Somewhat baby related, but I also splurged on a GREAT pair of designer maternity jeans. Needing the help feeling sexy as the pounds add up!

I just bought a new computer, though I saved my pennies for months to buy it.  We also bought tickets to a concert in June (Ray LaMontagne and Brandi Carlile).  We can't afford a babymoon, so we are thinking of the concert as our splurge, though I realize how pitiful that sounds.

The biggest one recently is tickets to Miami for a girls' weekend away at the beginning of April with my best friends from college and high school.  We do these once a year because everyone lives really far from each other, and I really wanted to go on one more before baby comes...

I haven't done mine yet-next week I'll be out of town for business so I'm planning a massage at the spa in the hotel.  I've left the babymoon up to my hubby.  We had a vacation planned to Saba/St. Barth in May but we cancelled.  No point in going to Saba if I can't dive and the thought of being big pregnant in St. Barth and unable to enjoy wine and espresso is a little depressing.  Instead we're doing that trip for my birthday next April and we will stay stateside for the trip this year.

I'm getting regular pedis this summer, since I won't be able to comfortably do it myself and I'm sure my feet will be the size of watermelons. Otherwise, I'm planning to splurge on TurboFire before baby is here so that I have something new & fun to do to get me back in shape when I'm stuck inside next winter!

Our big splurge will be HOPEFULLY on a mini-babymoon and we are def. getting new furniture for our living room, which I am SOOOO very excited for!  Can wait to get a nice comfy reclining rocker for baby and I to rock in!

I splurged on the monthy prenatal massage package at Massage Envy.  I'll get a 1 hour massage once a month for the next six months. I kinda consider that baby-related though, so....

I got a manicure last week and plan to get my hair cut and highlighted this weekend, along with my first pedi this year. So excited!

I don't really remember... But I think the last real purchase I made for myself was a bra from victoria's secret because I had lost weight and volume up top, but pretty much as soon as I peed on the stick it stopped fitting, I'm hoping I can wear it again one day...

A trip to Vegas and a Gucci purse--which DH bought me as a "last special treat" before I switch over to diaper bags... How cute is that?
