1st Trimester

The DVR and elliptical are my new best friends

I was in the middle of this big low calorie and exercise diet regimen and I am still sticking to the exercise portion but am keeping my calories right at 2000 currently. With my first 2 pregnancies I really did the whole eat whatever, whenever and was a little sloth like as well. My third pregnancy I tried to be more conscience of what I was eating but then extreme low blood pressure set in and I couldn't do anything physical. So I am hoping for good blood pressure this time around so I can gain a healthy amount of weight for a healthy baby and am active throughout so the recovery is more bearable. It seems that this many times around I should have it down to a science but I admit I have failed taking care of myself and used it like an excuse and that is my regret. Heres hoping to a happy and healthy 9 months to myself and my fellow pregnant ladies as well.
