i have a question, first of all do u chart when taking a trigger or is there no point?
I didnt last month but I am this month and I am a little concerned with my temps and timing of my IUI yesterday, can u take a look at my chart and let me know your thoughts, TIA!!
Re: ? on chart w/ trigger & IUI
Ah, you should go back and look at my post from yesterday if you can find it. I strongly recommend not charting after you O during an IUI cycle. This was my first IUI and I wish I wouldn't have. There is really no purpose for it and it only causes worry.
That being said, I'm totally addicted to charting and am going to have a hell of a time trying to refrain from doing it next cycle. So I completely understand if you don't want to/can't give it up!
P.S. I had to slightly alter my first post-IUI temp to make my crosshairs appear on the right day. Otherwise, my CHs didn't show up until like 3 days post-IUI. So for peace of mine I changed it. I feel like you just have to have faith that the trigger worked and that you O'd when you were supposed to regardless of your temps. Either way, you need to wait a few more days to see what your temps do.
9/2010: First visit to RE = CD3 b/w (normal); CD7 ultrasound (normal); DH's SA (normal but morph wasn't analyzed, so doc ordered a 2nd SA); Prog. supplements starting 3dpo for all future cycles
10/2010: SHG to check tubes (normal!) & DH's 2nd SA (normal)
2/2011: Start first Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI cycle = BFN
3/2011: IUI # 2 (Clomid + 50iu Follistim + Estradiol + IUI) = BFP!!!
Beta #1 (14 dpo)= 161
Beta #2 (17 dpo)= 518
Beta #3 (24 dpo)= 7,728

Ryder arrived a month early on November 28, 2011!
BFP Chart 2.0 - First cycle trying without RE intervention!
My chart is kind of similar to yours for the IUI: https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/d748d
I charted for a couple of days after the IUI, but I'm not planning to temp for the rest of the cycle. I don't need one more thing to obsess over right now!

I continue to chart with IUI. My RE prefers if I surge on my own but has no problem using a trigger. My first IUI they said if I didn't surge on my own before that appt they would trigger me, which they did. This last time, I detected my own surge, they confirmed it with b/w and did not trigger me.
The one time I did do the trigger it didn't screw up my chart.
