Maternity Clothes, not a fan

Friday night DH and I went shopping and I finally tried on some maternity pants, jeans, etc. since I am down to 4 pairs of pants that I can wear with the belly band. I was NOT a fan. I felt like I was being suffocated in all that fabric and stretchiness. I couldn't get the clothes off fast enough. Granted it is already in the 80's here so I was running hot, but I don't see maternity pants in my future, or at least until I am MUCH MUCH bigger.

Anyone else feel suffocated by them? Dresses and skirts that fall below the belly for me.

Yes, that's why I'm EXCITED to be pg over the summer this time.  Everyone thinks I'm crazy, but I hated stuffing myself into maternity clothes over the winter with DS.

I truly despise maternity clothes.  I know they can be more comfortable, but I just don't like them.  I know I am going to have to give in and bite the bullet, but if I can put it off I'm going to.  I unrolled my bella band and the feeling of all the fabric on my stomach made me cringe.  You are not alone in the feeling of them suffocating you!

I hate full panel everything, but the under belly styles feel like normal jeans only better!  I'm avoiding full panel unless absolutely necessary.

Glad I'm not the only one, although I think we are in the minority. I expected to put them on and instantly hear angels singing but instead it was more like "ewwww".
