Spotting after I mop????

I am 6w, 3d pregnant. I dont have an OB yet as I am waiting for insurance to be approved. Yesterday I posted about how I was mopping and cleaning up the floor when I felt dampness in between my legs, turn out to be pinky colored blood, about a teaspoon, then spotted on tp occasionally throughout the day. By night it was more of a pink/orange discharge. NO CRAMPING AND NO BRIGHT RED BLOOD. Now today there was nothing, I did a small mop spill, went to the restomm and spotting on tp. What would cause this to happen from the movments of mopping? Is something wrong or is it just irritating my cervix/uterus? obviously I am not going to mop until I see an ob, but this seems odd to be happening so early in the game? your thoughts???

At 6w 2d I was diagnosed with a Subchorionic Hematoma. You really should see someone soon. When will you get insurance?

See your Dr. as soon as you can. I have lost 3 and I dont mess around with spotting. It could be nothing but it could also be something big. Call or go to the Dr. today

Always call the doc if you're spotting. Are you sure it was a teaspoon? That seems like a lot. Or did you just have spotting when you wiped?

With both of my kids I spotted around 6-8 weeks. With my 5 y/o I was actually mopping too and was mopping a large area. I called my OB the next day since it was at night and I went in for an u/s. She said I just over did it. Everything was fine and I have a beautiful 5 year old daughter now.

With my son I don't remember what I was doing but it was something active. I called the OB and they had me come in the next day and do u/s. Everything was fine and I have a handsome almost 3 y/o boy!

 I would just make sure you call tomorrow and get checked out.

I had spotted the day after I found out I was pregnant, quite a scare. I had only spotted for about 4 hours with a little cramping, but by morning it had quit.I phoned my OB and explained. She thought maybe because my blood type was negative, that perhaps that could have been a cause. She had me go in and get a RhoGam shot. That was the last and only time I spotted. Also, I've heard of implantation spotting... not sure if that was what you could have experienced. Good luck!!
