DD slept for 9 hours!!!

I had to wake her this morning to feed her. And she napped again for another 2 hours after. I sometimes wonder if she's actually sleeping through the whole night. I think she may wake up in the middle of the night and look for her thumbs to suck on and ends up putting herself back to sleep.
