Beth, but I'm partial! My niece is Elizabeth and mostly goes by Bethy (helps differentiate between myself and her). I think Bethy sounds really endearing and then she can be Beth when she is older.
But I think you should wait til you meet her. The cool thing about all of Elizabeth's NNs are that they all have very unique personalities and suit different people. Libby is a different person from Betty, who's another person yet from Beth or Liz or Ellie. I'd let it happen when you meet her.

I agree with alliejo, that being said my favorites are Liz, Lizzie, Eliza, and Beth.
If we have a girl, we are naming her Elizabeth (my MN as well as my SIL and MIL). Anywho, I like the names Lizzy and Beth, so I have a feeling I will call her Lizzy-Beth.
My family's NN for me was Lizard-Breath... probably won't use that tho!
My name's Elizabeth...and I really don't like any Elizabeth NNs (for me, anyway). I go by my full name. I agree with PP's suggestion to wait until after she's born to decide on a nickname.
I suppose if I was to choose a nickname, it would be Elle.
BETSY!!! Ok so I may be a bit partial since I'm an Elizabeth who is a Betsy.
Two of my mom's best friends also have an Elizabeth and they go by Beth and Liz to help keep us sorted out when we get together. As a result those are the other two nns I like best.
My most fave is Libby, but I'm also quite fond of Betsy and Eliza. Forgot about Bess.I grew up with one and love it too. That's why Elizabeth is such an awesome name...SO many options!
I called DS (Isaac).... Izzy and DH started yelling about how that's his sister and I can't call DS this. NO ONE calls her Izzy.... but on her X-Mas card to us this year she signed her name Izzy.
As an Elizabeth I have to say that I LOVE my name. Even though, growing up, I always knew another Elizabeth, I still loved it.
At various times in my life I've been, Liz, Lizard, Libby, Betty (to my grandma, but I hated that) and Lizard-breath to my sister.
Actually, when I was in 6th grade, I was friends with three other Liz's and I started spelling my name with a y. Lyz. I regret that decision now, but there is no going back

My sister is Elizabeth. My mom wanted to call her Beth, but she naturally gravitated towards Liz. Now, at 36, she is still Liz.
Although she did hear her fair share of Lizard-breath.
I have a BFF from High School who is an Elizabeth, but she goes by Crickett.

I LOVE Eliza. I also like Liz. I loathe a few of the others...
So.... SIL is Elizabeth... goes by Liz.
I called DS (Isaac).... Izzy and DH started yelling about how that's his sister and I can't call DS this. NO ONE calls her Izzy.... but on her X-Mas card to us this year she signed her name Izzy.
So...there's a new nn for you. Izzy.
I prefer Eliza or Beth. I don't like Lizzie.

I'm an Elizabeth who goes by Beth, so I'm a little bit partial to that. Certain friends and family also refer to me as Liz or Lizziebeth.
My grandmother was Elizabeth and my grandfather called her "Listy" which I think is different and sweet.
I also like Ellie as a possible NN.
I like Bess a lot. I also like Beth and Elise.
I do NOT like Liz or its variations.
As an Elizabeth I have to say that I LOVE my name. Even though, growing up, I always knew another Elizabeth, I still loved it.
