Those other message boards

Does anyone regularly visit other message boards that are not the bump, knot, nest? My dh is always posting on a message board for alumni of his college. I was telling him about the points and the bling we get for our posts and his doesn't have that. Eh, that's just not as fun!

I am only on TB, but now it's getting tough since I went back to work this week.  I'm trying to catch up!  I miss my December Momma's!

When I was planning my wedding, I posted on the boards on Project Wedding all the time! Most of the girls were in CA, but they had people from all over. I loved them! I still post occasionally. They have groups now, so they are more specialized and there is a group called Project Baby that I post on. But it's just the one board, so it's all stages from pregnancy through having the baby and whatnot. You do get "diamonds" on there and earn "carats" for posting a lot.

At first I used it for the wedding pictures they had on there. A bigger variety than TK I think, but then I found the boards and got busy!

Nope. But I just joined WW so I may join those forums soon. Last time I did WW it really helped keep me on track.

This for me too. It is hard to fight the urges to join babygaga though (insert sarcasm here). ;-)

I do. I have two other boards that I am on, but they are closed groups. And I used to be on the knot when I planned our wedding.

I also use twitter with the wine community that I'm a part of.

I used to post on/read the weddingbee.com boards when planning our wedding. Loved that place, but am very happy here with Dec mamas!

I only post on TB. DH has hos own man message board. What's funny is that he's been a member of it since 2002 and only has 2,000 posts.

Not anymore! I first was on the knot when planning my wedding, and used to be a regular on a LOTR message board.... dork city!!!

I've been on a makeup board since I was in college.   It's more than makeup, but that's what it was established as.  It's cool because I've kind of 'grown up' with a lot of the girls.  I remember when the youngest of the girls were like, 13, and now they're graduating from college and planning weddings.  Now a lot of us are having babies.  I read the boards at makeupalley.com too, the family board is really friendly.
