DH loves baked buffalo wings (just make sure you get 0 calorie sauce... I think Lousianna supreme is?). Make sure they don't have skin, or like I do, I cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts. Then, coat them in flour, pepper, garlic powder mixture and then dip in buff sauce and bake.... Yummy and not too many calories!
