This is our GO TO dinner when there is nothing for dinner!
We always have Costco meatballs on hand and while the recipe really calls to make your own....yeah... we don't have time for that. lol
We do always double the sauce since we think there is never enough. Although with Ryan being allergic to cows milk, I only drizzle a tiny amount of sauce onto his noodles.

2 cups of milk
2 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
2 TBSP flour
pepper
Cook meatballs in microwave according to package directions. (3 min or so)
Cook up some pasta (whatever type we have on hand...bowtie, rigatoni, etc
Pour milk into skillet
mix together flour, bouillion and pepper and slowly wisk into milk until encorporated. go slowly so it does not lump up. (we've had to start over many, many times)
Cook and stir til thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add cooked meatballs to skillet. Toss to coat.
and to clarify, the above recipe is NOT doubled. it's the original amount. If you are just cooking for you and Maddie, you may not need to double the sauce.
This recipe is from my go to, original red and white checked Better Homes and Garden cookbook.
