3rd tri board....

Does anyone else get depressed when on the 3rd tri board? Dont get me wrong Im so happy for these ladies having healthy babys or only having a week to a few days left of pregnancy but I have 8 weeks left Im miserable & feel like that day will never come for me!

 I need the time dont get me wrong, we are moving this weekend & DH has been dragging his feet on getting ANYthing done & I just ordered the crib this week, so Im happy I still have time to get everything done but It depresses me seeing everyone over there having LOs and being so close when I know Im so close yet sooooooo far away!!

& off the subject LO & I had a talk lastnight.. my 1st due date was April 20th then it got moved to May 6th. I still feel like Im due before may 6th! DH birthday is April 23rd & I have had this feeling from day 1 that we will be in the hospital for some reason on his bday. Well as I was asleep it hit me that Easter is on April 24th this year so LO told me we would go to the hospital on DH bday & he would be here on the 24th as my Easter present. Thought that was soo funny when I woke up this morning!

I just feel out of place on the 3rd tri board.  I'm 29 weeks.  I'm not having my membranes stripped (I had to google that to even find out what it meant), my mucus plug hasn't come out, I'm not dialated...  I still have 11ish weeks.  I just keep lurking on the 1st tri and 2nd tri board!

Nope, I love being on the 3rd tri board because it gets me excited to have her, and it is a good reminder that time goes by so fast and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

This is how I feel as well.  I like the variety of posts there.

And I just realized that my RCS is 10 weeks from today.  While it seems like a long way off in some respect, it also feels like it's going to fly.  I remember my last weeks with DS just flying by and before I knew it, I was holding this little squirmy newborn.

exactly. I'm not really relating to them yet. It seems they are soooo far ahead of us. I was thinking there should be a 3aTri and a 3bTri board. Plus, it makes me a little anxious reading about all the stuff that happens at the end.

I don't post a lot over there, but I don't get depressed reading the posts either.  We've made it this far and 8-12 more weeks can't be that bad.  I don't love every minute of being pregnant, but there's also nothing we can do to change the length of time LOs need to grow.  Just try to enjoy the last few moments of just you and DH.  We'll never get that time again.  GL.

I started using the 3rd Tri board to ask questions you ladies are tired of hearing.

Mostly I just lurk because some of those ladies are just hilarious.

I like it there, I still look at the 1st and 2nd tri boards but I lurk on multiple boards so...I think the 3rd tri board is getting me prepared what is to come very shortly, that way when all those things happen I will already know what is going on. Plus I love reading labor/birth stories and see all the cute little babies

I just started to notice all the births on there... seems to be quite a rash more than just a week or so ago. Maybe it's just my wishful thinking!! Everyone is predicting this baby early, even the doctors! 

Time to get my butt in gear!!
