Since Arthur and August are both very British (I LOOOVE them both BTW...Arthur was on our short list for Edward), I'd go with another British name like:
I love the suggestion of Eloise. Soiunds great with the other 2 names without being A matchy.

First of all, I love the names, Arthur and August. Spot on my naming style!
For a little girl, I'd actually go towards a different letter of the alphabet. Sure Audrey would be two syllables and have an A and a U in it, but if you have more children, you'd kind of be stuck, wouldn't you?
I'm more drawn to the letter U in your sons' names rather than the A, and I think it would be a nice subtle theme. Another possibility is to have the two boys start with As while the girl could end in an A.
Personal picks from my above suggestions: Julia and Louise. HTH!
My best friend, my husband, my everything Matthew Kevin 7/31/83-7/20/11
Met 1/8/00
Engaged 4/21/06
Married 9/29/07
Two beautiful legacies: Noah Matthew (2 yrs) and Chloe Marcella (8 mos) Day Three
Ive never been a huge fan of all siblings having the same beginning initial (my nephews and niece are carson, Corbin, and Carlee) but since you already have two I would go with Aurelia and Audrey
The problem with Aurelia is that I keep thinking areola....as in nipple.
Having two A kids is one thing, but once you have three, it really gets into the cutesy territory. I'd really consider a different letter. You could stick with vowels if that's your style. Eleanor is nice, and seems very in line with your Arthur-August name style.
Re: A little sister for Arthur and August!
Are you looking to keep the 'A' theme going? I like all of your choices, but Eleanor is my favorite with your boys' names.
Suggestions from nymbler: Adelaide, Aurora, Eloise, Imogene.
Thanks! I really love Adelaide and Eloise! And I'm not trying to keep the 'A' theme going, I just like a lot of names that start with 'A'. (:
