HELP! M has been screaming for no reason. We have been saying no and giving her a look but she just screams right back at us. What do I do? I feel like a failing parent because I have not a clue what to do....
Completely ignore it. If she does it louder, then just walk away and act like you are doing something else. Most kids go thru this stage, so dont feel bad When she figures out that you wont have any reaction, it will stop.

This.
Also, Leanne gives me the best parenting advice. Ever since I started telling Doodle I can't understand her when she whines it's pretty much stopped.
Ignore it and/or start whispering so she has to quiet down to hear you or maybe she will just copy you. And I totally do the "I can't understand you" when Ben whines or carries on about things.
Nemo try whispering. Cooper finds it hilarious to whisper when everyone is whispering. At Christmas when we had ten people at the table and Cooper would stray yelling we would all whisper and he totally woul join in. It was a riot.

First thing I thought was "Ahhhh you must have a girl, and I bet she's a toddler" Not that boys don't scream but that little girl screech is infamous.
You can ignore it - that works best, but unfortunately it kind of just sticks around for years

Ignoring doesn't work with my little turd, he just gets louder. I wonder if that is because he is his mama's boy? Ignoring doesn't work for me either!
The only Easter Bunny I can get behind.
