First appointment

Is in an hour and a half and I'm getting nervous, I'm afraid she's going to say oh we made a mistake theres no baby.

Which I know is craziness, but I'm just so nervous, thank god MH is meeting me there.

Any tips for this newbie?

I was nervous too and there is not reason to be.  Did you take the HPT and a blood test?  If they all game back positive them you are 99.9% pregnant.  We did another HTP a hour before our first appt just to make sure.

I did 6 HPT and my Dr. did 2 urine tests and bloodwork

Her assistant didn't tell me what they would be doing other then sending for more bloodwork after the appointment.

I just don't know what to expect.

I was feeling the same way.... we had our first appt yesterday at 5 weeks and the night before I actually had a PANIC attack, we had a MC in Dec and Feb 24th a BFP so I was in shock.... after TTC for 6+ years!!!!!!

 All i could think of was the doc saying it was Blighten Ovum, but then he did the early US and there was baby "gumby"(thats his?her nickname for now) no heartbeat yet, it wasnt even expected but its there!!!!! Im sure we all go through some fears but try to relax and enjoy these amazing days!!!

I totally know you feel.  It just doesn't seem quite real until you see the little blob!    Just relax (easier said than done) if the urine test and blood test came back positive, you're pregnant!

I feel the same, I'm so nervous.  My first appt is this Friday.  I have no idea what to expect.
