Baby Shower Venues in the Lansing Area

Could anyone recommend a venue for a baby shower in the Lansing area?  Preferably free. I do not belong to a church nor an apartment.  The baby shower is April 10th.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I don't think I can be of any help with anything free....But the Turner-Dodge House is a really beautiful place to hold intimate events. I actually got married there. It's probably a little pricier than what you'd like though. Happy hunting!

    I had a shower at Guerrazzi's on Old 27.  It's towards DeWitt.  I think it was only a $50 room charge plus your cost of food.  I'm not sure if places like Beggar's Banquet in East Lansing charge a room fee or not.

    City Limits in Mason has a small patio that seats like 30 that you can use.
