OMG shes sooo cute! was this elective scan? what did they do the scan for? I have a placenta scan today and im praying they print me some good ones!!!!

I am actually in an OB/GYN clinical study at my hospital called nuMoM2b:
"The purpose of this research is to study pregnant women who have never given birth to a baby. For these women, doctors do not have information from a previous birth to know who might have a problem with their pregnancy. This study is looking for tests that can identify which ones might have a problem; then, in the future, health providers will be better prepared to help them and their babies to be healthy. "

They schedule 1 appt per trimester, and automatically do 2D as well as 3D/4D ultrasounds at each appointment. The baby looked like a blob on all the other 3D photos because she was so little, so I was really excited for this last appointment. She must have enjoyed that apple I ate right before the appt too because she was having a party in my belly the whole time

I know, my daughter looks exactly like me. My husband saw her, looked down at me, looked back to her and said 'She is you with black hair!' Just wait until your Mom and Dad see her, they will be a puddle on the floor, such a great experience to watch them bond!
