Creative baby shower ideas

My best friend is  PG and she really wants a small shower. Its her 2nd of the same gender as the first so she doesn't feel like she needs a whole lot, so instead she just wants a small celebration for the new arrival. I'm looking for some creative ideas for the shower. We are leaning towards doing it at The Melting Pot (fondue restaurant in case you're not familiar) for chocolate and cheese. Someone also had an idea to do a cooking class at a local gourmet kitchen store that hosts them.....anyone have any other ideas or been to a creative shower/party? TIA!

Maybe a 'Pamper Momma' shower where you set up spa things in your house- buckets with warm water and stuff for doing feet, stuff for manicures, and a diaper drawing with a nice gift like a Starbucks GC or something. Since she doesn't need much, maybe (since you're the host) you can imply gift cards to stores for baby clothes would be nice- or ask for coupons redeemable for a hot meal to be brought over in the weeks following delivery.
