child ID bracelets

we have decided to get Id bracelets for the boys. Since niether Eli or Kai knows thier full name, our names or phone numbers and such, I worry about them disappearing in a crowd. Both my boys have no fear and are not afraid to wander off alone (remember my Halloween scare!) I saw these ones online

 

but was wondering if anyone has seen anything like it in person that I can buy locally?
